12. Refund Policy
For digital goods, including software licenses, refunds cannot be issued once the license has been generated and delivered to the customer, as activation keys constitute non-returnable digital products.
All extensions are provided with a free trial mode, allowing users to fully evaluate compatibility and functionality prior to purchase. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the product has been made available for testing beforehand and that the delivery of the license key finalizes the transaction.
